Greetings fellow Buckeye CrossFitters. This is the first of hopefully many posts on our new website. We are in the process of moving to a new facility near the North Canton YMCA. Some details still need to be worked out.

Please post to comments your info and we will contact you. Be warned that our training regime mostly focuses on MMA conditioning. We’ve been training one of the premier amateur MMA fight teams in the NAAFS with “knock-out” results. Be prepared.

Finally, thanks for your patience in the slow roll out of our affiliate. We’ve had multiple deployments to Iraq & Afghanistan as well as other military schools amongst the founding members. We hope to have a speedy roll out and be ready to expand  our training to more of the traditional WOD’s and for those new to CrossFit.
